Holyhead Town Council are now responsible for all Bus Shelters in the Holyhead area, Town Council staff clean and inspect them regularly. Nine bus stops in Holyhead have been added to the Town Council's responsibilities. The new modern styled shelters provide better protection from the elements and are more economical to maintain than the older concrete type .
